Woke up this morning, glad to be here, single and happy.

This week is all about love, though I spread love everyday, today’s write up is special. As I will be talking about self-love.

Walk with me…….

Some people will be spending time alone today and will have the FOMO, but let me tell you, everyday day is lover’s day and it's also an opportunity to love your self.

Its nice to to have someone all up on you on this particular day(14th of Feb), I know, I know, I feel the same, but its great to know, there's gonna be more years on earth till you meet your own person and experience this with them.

As some of us are single, let us use this opportunity to pour into ourselves. And this is not about buying material things and expensive dinner, but also immersing your self in knowledge, learning new skills, going outside to experience things and people, saying hello to people, teach people, compliment people, giving, sharing and be of good company. This is also self love.

When you do all of this, it makes life better, fulfilling, interesting and less lonely at times.

Show love and it shall be shown onto, its doesnt always have to be romantic.

Self love could also be, doing that project you keep procrastinating, starting your fitness journey, working on that hobby you are interested in.

Its hard at first, but it becomes a habit and evolves into a lifestyle💪.

Forgive yourself for all the time you never loved yourself, now is an opportunity for you and it has to be every day. Water yourself just like you do to plant and you will blossom just like a cherry orchard 🌸

I took this awesome photos of me to celebrate my weight loss journey. Having struggled with my mental health for years and at a point it took over my life and I gained weight tremendously. I'm happy, taking back my power and loving myself more than I did before.

A act of self love is also wanting better for yourself, when your cup is full, it can overflow to others Xx.
